Order Status
Within 24 hours of placing your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming we have received your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with shipping confirmation.
To check the status of your order, click Order Tracking. You will be prompted to log in with your e-mail address and password. If you are not already registered with adrianacastroonline.com click Sign In.
In Your Order History under My Account an order summary page will be provided where you may view detailed information about your current order or past orders. The status of your order is available in Your Order History and is automatically updated each time your order moves a step further in the process.
Order information may not appear in your Order History for up to 1 hour after you have placed an order.
Some orders may contain items that ship separately.

Tracking Your Order
Once item(s) are shipped, tracking numbers are assigned and generally appear on our website along with your order information. It may take up to 48 hours or longer before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system.
To track your order, click Order Tracking. You will be prompted to log in with your e-mail address and password. If you are not already registered with adrianacastroonline.com click Sign - In.

Cancellations
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Reasons may include:
- Item(s) not available.
- Difficulty in processing your payment information.
- Cannot ship to address provided.

If your order is cancelled, you will receive an e-mail notification regarding your order, which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items.

All products are subject to availability; and we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; supply only part of an order or to divide up orders. Made to Order Items
You may order Made to Order items online. Made to Order items are items that are not in stock but are made especially for you.

Because Made to Order items are neither returnable nor exchangeable, we ask that you take special care when making your selections. Made to Order items can take as long as 10 - 12 weeks, so please consider this time requirement when placing your order. When you order a Made to Order item, you will see the expected ship date listed in Status in your Shopping Bag.

Expected Ship Dates – Made to Order Items
For Made to Order items, we calculate Expected Ship Dates to help you find out when these items are expected to ship. An Expected Ship Date is a calculation of several factors.
When we can accurately calculate Expected Ship Dates, we'll provide them to you during Checkout, as well as in your Order Confirmation email and Order History. Please note that Expected Ship Dates are estimates only, and are not guaranteed. Sales tax is added on all merchandise delivered to the state of Florida. 

Pricing

Prices displayed on the Adriana Castro web site are quoted in U.S. dollars. While we try to ensure that all prices on our web site are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.

Title to products you order on this web site and risk of loss or damage to products, passes to you upon delivery, provided that we have received payment in full for the products.

Shipping

Shipping Options
All online purchases are shipped via FedEx. For security reasons, Adriana Castro online purchases will require an adult signature upon delivery. In addition, online purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, which are not available through FedEx. If you would like to place and order to be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, please e-mail us at customerservice@adrianacastroonline.com or call us at 1.866.460.4484.

At the current time, orders submitted online can only be shipped within the USA. At Checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.
For most items, you will have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery. If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00 p.m. (noon) EST. Orders received and/or processed after that time will not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

An estimated delivery charge will be quoted at the time of order placement. This charge may be amended at a later date based on the weight and the geographic shipping location of the order. Delivery transit days to the recipient will vary depending upon the destination country.
Duties and taxes (including value added tax) will be the responsibility of the recipient. Adriana Castro cannot determine the exact amount of these fees in advance, however an estimate will be provided to the purchaser prior to the time of shipping. The purchaser's approval is needed to complete shipment.

Return Policy

Adriana Castro proudly stands behind the design and quality of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days of the merchandise receipt for store credit or exchange. You can only return or exchange In Stock items. The item must be returned in new and unused condition, and in its original packaging to assure store credit. We cannot accept any item for return or exchange, which bears an indication that it was used. There are absolutely no returns or exchanges on Made to Order items.
Please note that shipping costs will not be subject to refund. We recommend shipping returned merchandise via FedEx or insured parcel post for tracking purposes and that a customer request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. Belt Size Guide

Measuring Instructions
To find out what size belt you wear, simply follow these guidelines:

1. First, decide whether you will be wearing the belt at your waist or on your hips (lower rise). This will affect the fit of the belt.
2. For waist belts, measure around your natural waistline (just at the belly button). This is usually the smallest part of your torso.
3. For hip belts, measure around the fuller part of your hips (not the fullest), where your low – rise jeans would fall. Note: Hip belts are carried in larger sizes so they can be worn on the hips.
4. The measurement that you get is your belt size (in inches or centimeters). Note: See our size guide above for inch and centimeter equivalencies.
5. The size of a belt indicates the measurement from the buckle prong (or other method of closure) to the middle hole of the belt.
